Our QMS Junior Athletic Program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and participation, aiming to foster a lifelong commitment to physical activity from an early age. Whether in PE or through co-curricular activities, the emphasis in the Junior School years is on the acquisition of foundational movement skills that will transfer to competitive sports in later grades, and the ability to be active for life. We offer a diverse range of athletic activities designed to build confidence, competence, resilience and dedication.
In our Junior School, students can join competitive athletics teams starting in Grade 4, with regularly scheduled practices and competitions. We participate in local district school and the Independent Schools Elementary Association (ISEA) leagues for competitive opportunities.
