Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Queen Margaret’s School Society will take place on November 24, 2022, at 6:00pm.
The QMS Board of Governors is a group of dedicated parents, alumni and community members who volunteer their time to work with the Head of School to develop strategic direction and establish policies and plans to ensure the smooth running of Queen Margaret’s School into the future.
Our board is elected by the Queen Margaret’s School Society at the Annual General Meeting during the fall term. Governors usually serve a three-year term and may serve for up to ten consecutive years, after which they are only eligible to serve following an absence of two years or as otherwise authorized by Special Resolution. This structure allows for continuity and preserving institutional memory.
