Debra Toporowski presentation for Grade 5

Debra Toporowski is a current council member for North Cowichan and a former council member with Cowichan Tribes. She has been invited to speak to our Grade 5 students about her journey to leadership and about her roles and responsibilities as a councillor. We look forward to hearing her unique perspective on First Nations governance as well as municipal politics.
