The recent Holiday Market and Fair, supported by the QMS Parents’ Association (PA), once again brought joy to our community, and raised over $20,000 for our School. We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated parents whose hard work continues to enhance the school experience. This year’s event featured a delightful addition: Santa and Mrs. Claus made a special appearance, delighting children as they posed for photos. Their presence truly added to the festive atmosphere, allowing youngsters to capture cherished memories.
Founders’ Hall buzzed with excitement as students engaged in fun games, enjoyed prizes, and created festive photo frames. The event provided opportunities for students to sell, shop, volunteer, and simply have a wonderful time! In the vendor area, a diverse array of booths highlighted everything from delectable sweets to books, arts and crafts featured the Cowichan Valley Community. This year held a record-breaking number of students, student groups, and local vendors. Families in our community also enjoyed pre-orders for delicious butter chicken, beautiful poinsettias, and festive wreaths.
A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers, student groups, and especially the Parents’ Association for making this year’s event another tremendous success in support of our student groups and the School!
