On May 4, under a brilliant early summer sun, our community gathered for a momentous occasion: the official naming of the David McKinnon Centre.

Staff, alumni, parents, and friends joined the McKinnon family to celebrate this latest addition to the QMS campus. The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches that touched on the deep, decades-long connection between the McKinnon’s and our School, reflecting a legacy of passion and commitment.

As the new home of the Automotive Program, the David McKinnon Centre represents more than just a building; it is a space where innovation and hands-on learning will thrive for generations to come. We are honoured to have the McKinnon name associated with this exciting frontier of our curriculum.
