Gala a Roaring Success

For one sparkling evening, Founders’ Hall was transformed into a scene straight out of the Roaring ’20s. The room shimmered with jazz, glamour, and timeless elegance, setting the stage for a night our community will not soon forget.

Under the glow of twinkling lights, guests gathered to celebrate and support the future of Queen Margaret’s School. Champagne glasses clinked, laughter filled the room, and the QMS Catering Team delighted everyone with a beautifully prepared dinner. Throughout the evening, guests indulged at the candy bar, tested their luck in the Speakeasy Challenge, and eventually made their way to the dance floor to celebrate in true Gatsby style.

But beyond the sparkle and celebration, something even more meaningful was taking place.

On February 28, our community came together in an extraordinary show of generosity and belief in our mission. Families, sponsors, local businesses, staff, students, alumni, and friends rallied around a shared vision: expanding opportunities for our students through the enhancement of our transportation fleet. More buses of various sizes will mean more journeys beyond campus, opening doors to athletic competitions, experiential learning, service trips, fine arts festivals, outdoor education, and countless off-campus experiences.

Thanks to this remarkable support, the 2026 QMS Gala became the most successful fundraiser in the school’s history.

Together, you helped raise an incredible $316,500.

We are deeply grateful for the enthusiasm, generosity, and spirit that filled the evening. Your support will quite literally put more QMS students on the road — travelling to compete with pride, to learn through experience, to serve their communities, and to discover new passions and possibilities.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing in what makes QMS so special. And thank you for investing so wholeheartedly in our students and the journeys that lie ahead — because no two journeys are ever the same.
