Energy Stewardship

The BC Lions Energy Champions Program visited our Junior School students to inspire environmental responsibility and encourage everyone to be an “Energy Champion.”

This fun and engaging presentation focused on helping students understand how small, everyday choices can make a big difference as stewards of our planet, from turning off the water while brushing teeth, to wearing slippers or a sweater instead of turning up the heat and taking shorter showers.

A big thank you to BC Lions players Sean Whyte (No. 10) and Jackson Findlay (No. 33) for sharing their time and positive energy with our community.
