Culinary Creations

By Tina Chung, Culinary World Tour Teacher

Our talented culinary students wrapped up their Vietnamese cuisine unit with creativity and teamwork!

From steaming bowls of pho to crispy bánh xèo (Vietnamese crepes), golden chả giò (spring rolls), savory sườn nướng (grilled pork chops), fragrant chicken lemongrass rice bowls with flavourful dipping sauces, and sweet bánh cam (sesame ball donuts)—every dish was bursting with flavour!

They even crafted bánh mì sandwiches with homemade pickles, layering crunch, spice and freshness in every bite.

Using their leftover ingredients, students came together for one final surprise challenge—and they absolutely nailed it!
