Our annual Speech Day was a wonderful celebration of our Senior School community, bringing together students, families, faculty, and staff to recognize the many achievements and contributions of our students throughout the year.
This cherished tradition provided an opportunity to honour students who have demonstrated excellence and dedication across a wide range of areas, including academics, the arts, athletics, equestrian, service, and school spirit. Awards, scholarships, and bursaries were presented to recognize the remarkable accomplishments, commitment, and character of our students.
The ceremony was filled with moments of pride and reflection, including heartfelt speeches from outgoing Head Prefect, Isabelle W. and Deputy Head Prefect, William Mc. Their words celebrated the journey of the Class of 2026, reflected on the memories and connections built throughout their time at QMS, and welcomed the incoming Prefect Council as they prepare to take on their leadership roles.
A highlight of the afternoon was the announcement of next year’s student leaders, met with enthusiastic cheers from the community. Congratulations to Deputy Head Prefect, Freddie T. (’27) and Head Prefect, Isabella D. (’27), who will lead the Prefect Council in the 2026–2027 school year.
As we close another successful year, we extend our congratulations to all Senior School students for their achievements, growth, and contributions to our community. We wish our students and families a restful, joyful, and adventure-filled summer vacation, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for another exciting year ahead.
