Coming Summer 2025, we’re excited to offer a wide range of engaging and dynamic camps for students of all ages. Whether your child is interested in sports, STEAM, culinary skills, adventure, or equestrian activities, we have something for everyone!
Campers can be dropped off between 8:00am and 9:00am. They will gather there for activities before heading to their chosen camp at 9:00am.
All QMS camps include hot lunches and snacks to keep campers energized and ready for fun! With balanced, nutritious options prepared daily, parents can rest easy knowing meals are taken care of. Just pack a water bottle and we’ll handle the rest!

This camp is designed for younger adventurers ready to explore, play, and learn in a fun and safe environment at QMS campus. Packed with exciting activities such as arts and crafts, interactive games, swimming and outdoor exploration, this camp fosters creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Each camp will vary from week to week and includes lunch and a snack each day. Perfect for curious and energetic children, this program offers a balance of structured activities and free play.

For older campers, this adventure camp provides an engaging mix of outdoor challenges, creative workshops, and team-building games. Students will frequently venture off-campus, participating in activities designed to foster leadership, enhance problem-solving skills, and ignite a spirit of adventure. From swimming, hiking and outdoor sports to creative arts and group challenges, participants will enjoy a dynamic experience tailored to their age group. This camp is perfect for youth aged 8-13 seeking excitement and new friendships in a supportive and inclusive environment.

These camps offer horse lovers an immersive experience in the world of equestrianism, with options tailored to different skill levels. Whether a beginner or an experienced rider, participants will enjoy bonding with horses, building confidence, and developing skills through engaging and dynamic activities.
Pony Pals is designed for younger horse enthusiasts and beginners, this camp introduces the basics of horse riding and care. Campers will receive professional riding instruction, learn horse care essentials, and enjoy fun equestrian-themed activities in a safe and supportive environment.

IEA Camp is an advanced program for experienced riders who want to enhance their skills and delve deeper into equestrian sport. This camp focuses on advanced riding techniques, show preparation, and horsemanship, offering a comprehensive experience for serious riders.

For riders seeking a personalized equestrian experience, our Tailored Equestrian Program is designed to meet individual goals and aspirations. Whether you’re working on advanced riding techniques, preparing for competitions, or looking to build confidence in foundational skills, this program offers a fully customized approach. Participants will work closely with professional instructors to create a plan that suits their specific needs and schedule.
Boarding options are available for those wishing to immerse themselves fully in the equestrian lifestyle while focusing on their training. This program is ideal for riders of all levels who want a customized path to success in the equestrian world.

QMS Sports Camps are perfect for active kids who love to move. Campers will enjoy a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, Rugby, Sailing and more. With a focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, participants will gain confidence on and off the field. Guided by experienced coaches, these camp ensures a rewarding experience for all skill levels.
Dive into a full day of basketball fun with our mixed-gender camp for ages 10–13. From 9:00am–3:00pm, participants will enhance their basketball skills, play exciting games and enjoy daily swim sessions.
Take your game to the next level at our senior basketball camp for ages 13 and up. This camp focuses on advanced skills, tactical gameplay, strength training and daily swim sessions.
Join us for an exciting rugby camp designed for boys aged 13 and up. This camp combines rugby skill development, tactical gameplay, fun games, and daily swim sessions to cool off and recharge.
Step onto the field with confidence at our high-performance rugby camp for girls aged 15–18. This camp features advanced skills, strategy, strength training, and daily swim sessions with international coaches.
Join us for an exciting sailing camp in partnership with Maple Bay Yacht Club! Perfect for students eager to develop fundamental sailing skills, this camp covers sheeting, steering, boat handling, and points of sail.
Students will begin their day at 8am at QMS, where they’ll gather their lunch before heading to Maple Bay to train on the 420, a two-person crew boat. For safety and optimal learning, we recommend participants weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs).
This is a two-week course, with pricing reflecting the extended duration. Students will be dropped off at 8:00 AM and picked up at 4:00 PM, with the option to join the After-Hours Trail Blazers program until 6:00 PM at no additional cost.
Join us for a hands-on adventure from soil to plate in this immersive camp for students aged 10 and up! Spend your mornings at the school farm, where experienced teachers will guide you in tending the land, caring for crops, and harvesting fresh, seasonal produce.
After lunch, step into the kitchen to transform your farm-fresh ingredients into delicious dishes. You’ll learn cooking techniques, food preparation skills, and the importance of fresh, local ingredients.
This camp is a perfect blend of outdoor exploration and culinary creativity, offering students a unique connection to the land, the kitchen, and the satisfaction of eating what they’ve cultivated. Experience the journey from farm-to-table like never before!
Calling all young bakers! Join us for a deliciously fun Baking & Pastry Camp where kids will learn the art of creating mouth-watering pastries and baked goods, with each day featuring hands-on baking lessons and tips from expert bakers. By the end of the camp, your child will have a collection of delicious treats to share and enjoy. Perfect for budding pastry chefs who love to get creative in the kitchen!

At QMS STEAM Camps, curiosity and creativity come to life! Campers will explore the exciting worlds of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through hands-on projects and experiments. Activities are designed to encourage innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. From building robots to making music, these camps are perfect for kids who love to learn and create.
This three-day fun and engaging summer camp is perfect for teens who want to learn the basics of sewing on a machine. Over the course of a week, participants will explore essential sewing skills, including threading a sewing machine, hand sewing techniques, and working with patterns.
Sewers will complete exciting projects like simple bags and pillow, gaining confidence in their creativity and sewing abilities. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials and sewing machines are provided.
Join us to develop practical skills, unleash your creativity, and make new friends in this hands-on, inspiring environment at Innisfree Sewing Studio.

This camp is designed for ages 5–9, offering a fun and engaging introduction to STEM concepts. Campers will explore their creativity with LEGO building projects, program Ozobots to navigate exciting challenges, and dive into the basics of Scratch Jr. coding on iPads. Each day will feature hands-on activities that encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and imagination. The week concludes with a showcase of their creations and a celebratory STEM play party.

Summer is a time to get outside and try new things! During this camp your child will celebrate the world around them musically! Classes will include learning music technique, fun campfire songs and how to create their own songs about the small natural wonders they encounter on campus. Environmental concepts such as systems theory, plant/animal identification and nature journaling will be used to inspire lyrics and interest in nature as well games and swimming each day. Great for all musical abilities.

Join us for QMS EcoExplorers, an exciting, hands-on summer camp designed for curious minds ages 10-13! Dive into the wonders of life sciences with a special focus on ecosystems, biology, and sustainability. Campers will get hands-on and explore the biological world around them on our beautiful Queen Margaret’s campus. QMS EcoExplorers is the perfect place to learn, explore, and make a difference—one adventure at a time!

Summer is on its way so it’s time to pull out those paint cloths, cause we’re about to get messy!
Join us for an exciting, hands-on journey into the world of the arts! Guided by an experienced fine arts facilitator, students will explore their creativity through a variety of artistic experiences. An exploration of materials, applications and artistic styles will include crochet, finger knitting, pottery, acrylic pouring, watercolors, and mask-making. In a small group setting youth will interact with a spread of age groups allowing for opportunities to connect and grow friendships through art.
The QMS Arts Camp is all about imagination, discovery, and summer fun! With plenty of engaging, hands-on activities, campers will get to create, experiment, and express themselves—all while enjoying a daily swim to cool off and unwind!

Trailblazers After Hours provides extended care and engaging activities for campers after the main program ends. From creative arts to outdoor games, participants will enjoy a variety of structured and unstructured activities. This program is ideal for busy families and ensures campers have a fun, safe, and enriching time while waiting to be picked up.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice to secure your child’s spot in the program. For current QMS students, camp fees will be added directly to your School account.
Cancellations made at least 15 business days before the program’s start date will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made less than 15 business days prior to the program start date. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if your child is unable to attend any specific day of the program. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to camps@qms.bc.ca.
In cases of illness or injury, certain exemptions to this policy may apply. Requests for exemptions must include appropriate documentation, such as a doctor’s note.
