QMS is proud to be one of the only schools in the area offering full-day programming during Spring Break! These camps are open to all families and provide a choice of exciting, themed experiences.

A non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Families may pay
in full or use the instalment plan, with all fees due by June 1. Registrations with outstanding balances after this date may be
released to wait-listed families.
Cancellations made 15 business days or more before the program start date will receive a *full refund (less the deposit). Cancellations made within 15 business days of the start date are not eligible for refunds. Refunds or credits cannot be issued for individual days missed once a program has begun.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to camp@qms.bc.ca. In cases of illness or injury, exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).
