We’re excited to offer a wide range of engaging and dynamic camps for students of all ages throughout the year. Whether your child is interested in sports, STEAM, culinary skills, adventure, or equestrian activities, we have something for everyone!
Campers can be dropped off between 8:00am and 9:00am. They will gather there for activities before heading to their chosen camp at 9:00am.
All QMS camps include hot lunches and snacks to keep campers energized and ready for fun! With balanced, nutritious options prepared daily, parents can rest easy knowing meals are taken care of. Just pack a water bottle and we’ll handle the rest!
Summer 2026 Day Camps will be open for selection after spring break. Families will be able to choose from a variety of themed camp streams (Sports STEM Adventure, and more). Stay tuned for updated programs details and refreshed photos as we prepare to launch the 2026 lineup.
A non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Families may pay in full or use the instalment plan, with all fees due by June 1. Registrations with outstanding balances after this date may be released to wait-listed families.
Cancellations made 15 business days or more before the program start date will receive a *full refund (less the deposit). Cancellations made within 15 business days of the start date are not eligible for refunds. Refunds or credits cannot be issued for individual days missed once a program has begun.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to camp@qms.bc.ca. In cases of illness or injury, exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).
