First Aid Kit Fundraiser Alert!

In collaboration with the QMS Service Committee, our School Nurses are launching a First Aid Kit Fundraiser! 🩹

You can order from a variety of kits that include essential safety tools you should have on hand:
🩹Pocket First Aid Kits for just $5
🩹Pet First Aid Kits for $12
🩹Family First Aid Kits for $20
🩹Deluxe 72hr Survival Kits for $100

Why? Everyone deserves to feel safe! All funds raised will go toward purchasing and donating kits to families in need within our local Cowichan community.

📅 Important Dates:
-Order forms came home with students on April 11.
-Order forms are due by Friday, April 25.
-Kits will be delivered in mid-to-late May directly to your child’s classroom.
-We will contact external customers with pick-up details when the kits arrive.

-Return the order form to one of our school offices.
-Payment options: Cash, Cheque (payable to QMS), or E-Transfer (send to accounting@qms.bc.ca with “First Aid Kit + student’s name” in the notes).
-If you can’t submit your order form in person, email Nurse Mindy at mswamy@qms.bc.ca to make other arrangements.
