Centennial Celebrations 

In the spring of 2021, our School will commence a year-long celebration of our 100th birthday, and we want you to be part of the excitement! 

100 Stories of QMS
As part of our 100th birthday celebration, we were thrilled to launch our 100 Stories website. A living, digital archive for the personal stories of past and present students and staff, while inspiring future QMS Royals. We invite you to explore.


OOMA Legacy Centennial Fund
In honour of our 100th birthday, The Overseas Old Margaretian Association (OOMA) is creating the OOMA Legacy Centennial Fund. 

The purpose of this endowed fund is to provide a significant scholarship to a Heritage Scholar. What is a Heritage Scholar? It is a students who had a close relative, from a different generation, attend Queen Margaret's School, and to be a future recipient of this scholarship, the scholar will need to display the values of our founders as well as show financial need. 

Our goal is to raise over $100,000 by April 2022, and to do this, we need your assistance.

During the Centennial celebration year we are asking our community to donate a "birthday gift" to this fund and OOMA will match all gifts up to $40,000! This means that every dollar you donate will be doubled by OOMA. Simply click the link below to send your birthday gift, or email giving@qms.bc.ca to connect with our Development Office.

Mark your calendars to tee off in our fun Centennial Golf Tournament at 5:30pm on May 6 at Cowichan Golf Club. (Texas scramble format | only 72 spots available.) $65 includes your green fees, burger & refreshments. There will be prizes and laughter to share, so please join us!
